FocusReset is an educational tool, not a medical device. The 7-day program, content, and AI coaching are designed to provide frameworks and strategies for managing screen time and building healthy habits. They are not intended as a substitute for professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition.
3. Use License
Upon registration, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FocusReset for your family. You may not:
- Modify, copy, or distribute our proprietary materials, program frameworks, or AI prompt structures.
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the FocusReset platform.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. FocusReset cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
5. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle payment processing, secure transactions, and applicable taxes.
6. Refunds and Subscriptions
Refunds are handled in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy. By purchasing any FocusReset product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in that policy. All refunds are managed through our Merchant of Record, Polar, and issued to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FocusReset or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FocusReset's website.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on FocusReset's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
